I am making some changes to our support letter timeline.

Are you ready?! Please make the changes on your outline from our first Training Meeting (April 12th). I’ll print out a revised outline for our next meeting on Saturday, May 10th.

OK, here we go:

• New Final Draft mailing date: Friday, May 2nd–one week from this coming Friday. This is one week later than the original date
• New support giving deadline: Friday, June 20th–the first day of summer, and one week later than the original date.
• SUPER-DUPER IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR YOUR ACTUAL LETTERS. You’ll need to add a detail to your FINAL DRAFT: The revised support-giving deadline (the support cards will still say June 13th).

Please note that ALL rough drafts of your letters should be submitted to Rachael (princesspickles10@gmail.com) by now. We’ll get ‘em edited and back to you ASAP–by the end of this week.
